Thoughts about therapy? Often when we hear the word therapy, its linked to mental health and that something is wrong with us, that someone is insufficient or faulty maybe?
Why do i need therapy? I'm ok really. Therapy is for people who are depressed or cannot cope. Therapy isn't what i need. I just need a good chat, good nights sleep, new job, get out of this relationship, be a better person!
Things happen in life that can cause us to become derailed. We might need a little help to get back on track. Over the coming weeks i will go through a clients journey into counselling. What some client i have worked with have shared with me. How it felt for them before making the first contact with me. I will share it from their point of view.
